Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026.

This explains what data we collect when you get in touch, why we need it, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us. Short and clear.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Izvolite is run by Haris O., a private individual from Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. For anything about your data, write to izvolite.studio@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

When you fill in our form on Facebook or Instagram:

When you message us (Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp or email): whatever you send us.

To build the example we also use public details from your salon's profile: photos, prices, address and opening hours.

3. Why we use it

Only to build and send you a free example website and to talk it over with you. If you become a client, we use it to build and maintain your site.

We don't send you advertising and we don't sell your data to anyone.

4. On what basis

On your consent, when you send the form or a message yourself, and to prepare our work together at your request.

5. Who else has access

Some of these services keep data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, for example in the European Union or the USA.

The free tools on the site (the QR code, opening hours, price list) run on your phone and send nothing. Only the domain check sends the name you typed to our server, which looks it up in DNS and keeps nothing.

The example of your site sits at a separate address that isn't published anywhere, and search engines don't show it.

6. How long we keep it

If we don't go on working together, we delete your data and the example site no later than 6 months after we send it to you. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as we work together, and invoicing records for as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

At any time you can ask to see your data, to have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Write to izvolite.studio@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you think we haven't handled things properly, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

8. Cookies and visit statistics

This site uses no cookies and no advertising trackers.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, anonymous statistics without cookies: how many people open which page, from which country, on what kind of device, and whether they tapped the Messenger or email button. We can't tell who you are from that data.

9. Changes

If we change anything, you'll see a new date here.

We process data in line with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, No. 12/25).
